Bandhan Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Udit Jain has been appointed as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and thereby designated as 'Key Personnel' of Bandhan AMC Limited (?the AMC?) with effect from September 25, 2023. Further, Mr. Vijaykumar Gupta will cease to act as CISO.
